This is the big one: four bedrooms and three full baths on one main level, with hardwood floors and a long farmhouse table. Two of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The fenced backyard is the reason guests come back. It mixes grass and new artificial turf under the live oaks, with a patio, an outdoor dining table, a grill, a stone fire pit, cornhole and sun loungers.
